The Chew is an American talk show/cooking show that airs in the United States on ABC as part of the network's weekday daytime lineup. The name and format was inspired by the talk show The View, though centering on food-related and lifestyle topics. Each episode has its own title based upon the episode's theme. The program also airs in Canada on the stations of the Citytv television system. The show is recorded at ABC Studio 40 West 66th Street, New York City.Evette Rios, Marc Summers, former Food Network personality Danny Boome and Jason Roberts serve as correspondents for taped segments. Guest co-hosts have included Emeril Lagasse, Ming Tsai, Scott Conant, Sunny Anderson and Evette Rios. A scenic designer with the show, Ivan Giovanettina, a native of Switzerland, was shot dead in Bedford–Stuyvesant, Brooklyn on January 10, 2013.

Boarding house proprietor Wally Walrus takes out an ad in the local paper looking for a sweetheart. Woody Woodpecker reads this and decides he might be able to trick Wally out of some cooking if he dresses up like a girl and answers the ad.

The story follows two paramedics who get “more than they can chew” when responding to a 911 house call.

Many different birds and animals have long settled on the shores of Lake Chad. One day they decided to choose a king for themselves and chose Lion. They called him the bravest, the strongest, the wisest and the most beautiful. Then a son was born to the Lion and the Lioness - a little Lion Cub. When the Lion Cub could walk by himself, he met a hyena who told the Lion Cub that he was a Lion, which means he was the king of animals, which means he was the bravest, strongest, wisest, most beautiful.

A singer struggles to dance well in rehearsal with her band. A power outage leaves her alone in the studio, reviewing her life, when a mysterious woman appears through the mirror and gives her a pair of Red Shoes. The cursed shoes dance beautifully, but endlessly. The singer is drawn irresistibly into the fey world beyond the mirror, where she must redeem three magic symbols from the mysterious woman in order to obtain release from the cursed shoes.
